The Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa Istanbul

We recently stayed in a hotel located in a bustling area with lots of restaurants open until 3 am. The location was perfect, near everything we needed to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful with maps and excursion options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great spread of options. we loved the on-site spa, especially the Hamam, for some relaxation after a long day of exploring the area.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but still cozy enough for a short stay.

This venue is located in a prime tourism area and is within a short walk to major attractions. The staff was very hospitable and accommodated our requests from the doorman to the chef. The spa centre was great with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services available. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was satisfactory and included a buffet and special diet menus.

This venue may not be suitable for pet owners.

Clean small accommodation with best staff and quiet location near to trams. Appreciated dainties at Siva Cafe Restaurant, it was minute walk from the hotel.

Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean hotel, I liked great location and staff. Ate at the rooftop restaurant on the top floor.

Great location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast with variety, clean rooms, rooftop restaurant with amazing views, walking distance to historical sites and restaurants.

the place was fairly clean, i appreciated its location and staff. courteous staff members were at the reception desk. took me 15 minutes to get to train station.

The staff at Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa were amazing and very welcoming. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the middle of the arasta bazaar. We loved the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and is a must-visit at night.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay and had no complaints at all.

All good - I appreciated my stay - food was appetising and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was courteous. The location was unbeatable, not too far from basilica cistern. It had great restaurant.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, great food, great views. The location was peaceful, for example, Beach was at a medium distance from the hotel. I loved having central heating, an ironing set and an electronic key card.

Perfect location near major attractions. Rooms are clean with daily cleaning service by friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options and a nice view from the terrace. Good spa facilities and helpful personnel. Enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others.

We loved how convenient this hotel was to all the sights. It was in the walking distance from the main attractions, located near all the historical monuments, and right in the centre of all tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including its parking and transportation options. We were also impressed by how clean the room was, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and tourist spots.

The noise level at the hotel was quite high, especially during the night. We could hear loud conversations and disturbances from other guests, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing in the city. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. My luggage got lost during my flight, but the hotel staff was helpful and made sure it was delivered to my room promptly. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
